He is a New York State licensed home inspector and Certified Professional Home Inspector by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Excellent! I highly recommend! From the first call to the last, Josh was easy to communicate with and was very thorough. He really cares about the service he provides and it is apparent in everything he does. Very professional. His report was extremely detailed , quickly received , and complete. He took a lot of time to answer any questions I had . He put as much time and thoroughness into my inspection and report as he would if he was buying the home himself! Thank you Josh!

Josh arrived exactly on time.He went right to work and completed the inspection over several hours.I dont think there was anything left out and everything was a evaluated,documented, and communicated swiftly.He found a concerning leak that I was unaware of.The report is extremely useful to the contractor that will be completing the repairs.

Josh was great right from the beginning, responded quickly to my first enquiry and was fully communicative throughout the process. His inspection was very thorough and he took the time needed to dig into all the systems and to address a few of my own advance questions. His report is detailed and ultimately saved me from a variety of repairs that were unknown prior to the inspection. Lastly, his rates are very reasonable and he was still available for questions after the inspection was complete and the report delivered. Highly recommended - thanks!
