Josh Wood (owner & inspector) has lived in upstate NY for 40 years and currently resides in Oneonta with his wife, Isabelle, and two children, Brock and Zoe. He is a New York State licensed home inspector and Certified Professional Home Inspector by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Josh arrived exactly on time.He went right to work and completed the inspection over several hours.I dont think there was anything left out and everything was a evaluated,documented, and communicated swiftly.He found a concerning leak that I was unaware of.The report is extremely useful to the contractor that will be completing the repairs.

Josh was great right from the beginning, responded quickly to my first enquiry and was fully communicative throughout the process. His inspection was very thorough and he took the time needed to dig into all the systems and to address a few of my own advance questions. His report is detailed and ultimately saved me from a variety of repairs that were unknown prior to the inspection. Lastly, his rates are very reasonable and he was still available for questions after the inspection was complete and the report delivered. Highly recommended - thanks!
