What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages are tailored to what you are looking for, and can be adjusted from the packages listed on our website to fit what you need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation, discuss what you want for your package, and sign paperwork. we follow up 2-3 times before the event to see if there are any changes, and again a day or two prior.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college with 4 years of darkroom and digital photography experience. I have been an assistant to photographers, and worked for multiple portrait studios including major school portrait studios
