- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small family owned business that does a great job controlling our overhead. All of the partners have more than 20 years experience in the trade. We offer very competitive pricing and the highest quality craftsmanship at a fair price. It is critical for our business that we be as competitive as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is that Pete will set up a time to come out and take a look at your project and discuss your needs. After that, he will put together options for your, then after you choose Green Guys Mechanical for the option that is right for you, we will schedule your project and get it complete when it is convenient for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of the partners has been in the HVAC business for more than 20 years. Pete has a Bachelors Degree and decades of design and technical experience. Dave went to RIT and has decades of field experience, install and problem solving. Everyone at Green Guys Mechanical has a very unique background and they all add something different. It is an incredible team capable of accomplishing nearly any task.
