- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for mobile notary service starts at $40. This includes traveling to your location in or near Monroe, Wayne and Ontario counties. Additional fees for outside the service area, outside normal business hours and if you need an additional witness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to know the address, time and type of document being notarized. We also need to verify you have valid ID and if you need a witness for the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned by the New York Department of State as a Notary Public. I'm also a New York state licensed real estate agent. I'm a member of the National Notary Association, have a complete background check and carry $100,000 errors and omission insurance.
