- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I find out what they have to say or the reason for contacting me, I ask the appropriate questions, then we decide together on a game plan that suit's the customer's time frame, needs, and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a Master Electrician and I started working with him at a very young age as a helper, eventually evolving through apprenticeship into a Journeyman Electrician. It seems I've been doing electrical troubleshooting and installations all my life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Complete Service Upgrade are my specialty at reasonable prices and minimal downtime. I also do a lot of troubleshooting repairs because of my 35 years of experience finding problems most electricians would never find.
