- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather was a carpenter/general contractor his entire life. He was an Italian immigrant and made a decent life for his family doing what he loved. I was always in awe and amazement of the skill and care he put forth in every thing he did. For years I watched him doing different things and my admiration of him continued to grow. Soon enough that admiration turned into my lifes' aspiration.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Fortunately I have worked with a variety of customers. They have ranged from real estate brokers and investors to property management firms, as well commercial buildings. I have worked with several local home builders as well as privately owned homes. More recently I have worked directly with landlords of multi unit complexes, duplexes and single family homes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Gauging and gathering an opinion and/or general feel for contractors is very important. There has to be a real level of trust and confidence between home owner and contractor. Us as contractors will not only be in your home or property, but will need to be trusted with carrying out your visions; leaving you fully satisfied with your decision in hiring us and the job as a whole.
