Had a large tree fall up against my house in Erie PA, causing damage to roof and knocking off the chimney. Jeremy of TREES USA LLC arrived the day after I contacted him. He provided a quote on the spot and completed the job within 7 days. He worked with our insurance adjuster to make the project easy for me. Performed all work at a quality level and reasonable price.

The crewand everyone involved with the company were excellent in all areas. First, great speed in replying to our initial request - not just fast but friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and truly seemed to understand our situation and was very willing to help us.
The crew that came out were also awesome. Nice guys, fun to talk to and they did excellent work! We needed two trees cut down due to the wind and rain, they were uprooting and we had to have them removed for some work we having done in the yard.
The guys made quick work of the trees and when they were done, you wouldn't even know they were there. They cleaned up every last leaf from any cutting! (Im only slightly joking, but they did clean up incredibly well - which was appreciated)
If you need any trees service, you cant go wrong with using this crew! The next time I need any tree work, I will use these guys in a heartbeat.

They were very quick to respond to my request. Gave me a great price! Were able to do it the same day. It started pouring rain towards the end and they finished anyway! Doesn’t even look like the same tree

Jen was amazing. She did a deep "move-in" clean on our newly purchased home. Communication was clear and she doubled checked anywhere there was a question. The job ended up being bigger than anticipated and she went out of her way to make sure it got done. The house feels noticeably different and I am beyond comfortable moving in now. Highly recommend.
