- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our sevice there are many variables, so we do not have a standard pricing system. This allow us to give each one of our customer a service that is tailored to their particular needs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ascertain what is the primary goal of our customer, what particular preferences or requirements they may have to reach their primary goal and then we provide as many choices as possible for them to review and select.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have both classroom and practical training in the plumbing and heating fields as well as electrical, sheetmetal and other mechanical trades. We take advantage of continuous education training provided by the industry.
