Eric returned my call first thing in the morning, completely calmed me down about the bugs and made himself available the day of. I have dealt with this issue in the past and the pest services made me pack my entire home and had to come back 2+ times to get rid of them. He not only came a few hours after the phone call but he was extremely helpful by sending photos and text updates of the status and made this process much easier. Being that he specializes in only bedbugs I trust that I will never see another again. It has been 5 days and I have not seen a thing. I am fully confident knowing the job is done and I can sleep at night. Thank you!!
