Located at 58 North Avenue, Suite B, Owego, New York, Dynamic Cleaning specializes in house cleaning, office cleaning, real estate cleaning, construction and event cleanup and hauling service. We provide services in the Tioga, Broome and surrounding areas. Marryanne is a very kind lady. She keeps in touch with me about how to do the work and always informs me in advance. She and other three ladies came the exact time we discussed and cleaned the house carefully. They give me a brand new home after the cleaning. Dynamic Cleaning is trustful and charges reasonably. I will definitely hire them again!

I am so grateful for Maryanne and her team. She asked exactly what I needed and wanted, and delivered just that! She is like my angel; because, with 2 children and working full-time I just can't keep up! So happy to have them in my life and looking forward to my house being cleaned and organized ALWAYS!

I would highly recommend Dynamic Cleaning! Timing: I was on a very strict deadline. I had to get my entire home deep cleaned within a few days. Maryanne and her assistant were more than willing to work with me to make sure the job was done. Her availability is limited, but she was more than willing to come several days to finish the task. She was very professional, and got back to me almost instantaneously. They ended up coming one time all day and worked exceptionally hard. Detail & Cleaning: I cannot express the amount of detail these ladies go into. There isn't a fleck of dust, or a smudge anywhere. The rooms smell so different and the trim looks like newly painted. As I walked down my stairs, I noticed that even the 1-inch wood spaces between every spindle of my stairs was cleaned. Amazing detail. These ladies put love into their craft. They don't grab your "list" and check it off, they listen to you as you explain the vision of what you want and they bring that to life. True artists in a craft. Personality: As I mentioned these ladies are craftsmen, and very skilled at their job. But most importantly, they are both very personable, quirky and easy to get along with. They are genuine and trustworthy and understanding as well as very conversational and all around good people. My home was untidy because I am packing for the move out. They were more than willing to clean around and work with my clutter, and still got the job done perfectly. Price: For my entire home (1500 sq +) and the amount of character and trim and walls and fixtures it has, and for an entire day's work for two people, Maryanne was very fair. I paid in the lower 200's, and happily. But don't forget, I had my ENTIRE home cleaned from top to bottom. She will come to your home and take a look around and give you a fair, honest estimate. Overall opinion: If I weren't moving out of the area, I would re-hire Dynamic Cleaning in an instant to come on a weekly basis. (In fact, I am going to have them help me keep up the spotless look until I sell.) There aren't many people out there that you can hire who envision your home as you do, and clean it with love as if it were their own. This company takes such pride in their work.

We conduct a free walk-through to get the best understanding from a visual and feel (literally... we feel the grime on tubs/sinks) for the condition, space and items that are desired to be cleaned. We charge a flat rate so there will be no surprises. Our services will not break your bank!
