- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge anywhere from $100 to $200, per session, but this all depends on the # of days we'd be training, per week. i.e. -One or two times, per week, would cost $200, per session. -Three or more days, per week, would cost $100, per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always like to speak with a prospective clients before we agree to work together. A phone call is enough to see if we have the right connection to work effectively with one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a nationally certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), under the most prestigious fitness certification available. I am also a massage therapist and have a thorough knowledge base of how the body works with regard to biomechanics and kinesiology. I am an International best-selling fitness author and have pioneered the fitness industry by creating innovative fitness systems and delivering fresh perspective on how to transform the physical body.
