- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat prices, not per hour. This depends on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms and also if you add an extra service: Cleaning of oven, refrigerator, interior of windows and cabinets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask them how many bedrooms and bathrooms do they have, and whether would they like to get a standard or deep cleaning. We explain the difference and we ask if they need to include any extras. After that we schedule the meeting for our cleaner(s) to go. We explain that they can pay via Zelle, Venmo, Cash app or through Thumbtack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 8 years in a cleaning company with experienced staff who taught me everything that I know. I train my cleaners with the same dedication that I was trained, so that I can ensure a good result for the customers.
