Introduction: Hello, My name is Shiva I have 10+ years in the field of fitness and nutrition both personally and professionally. through that i've gained a good understanding of the body and how to enhance it internally and externally. I have also spent over 6 years learning Yoga as a science and a philosophy and ayurvedic science of nutrition and through that understanding the various faculties of the human mind and psychological process and different techniques to enhance its capacity and capability I've spend time in monasteries with Vedic monks and Masters for the purpose of personal growth and development and as of eastern traditions and culture, its not only my privilege but also my duty to serve others and make available to them the knowledge i've acquired along the way so they too can benefit and enhance the quality of their lives PERSONAL TRAINING & FITNESS- As a personal trainer I like to create a unique experience for my client that suits their individual needs as they are. we are all different, our bodies are different, our minds are different so we needs to remember that the same things wont work for everyone. I like to help my clients develop the mental and emotional connection to the concept of health and wellbeing. The body is only as healthy as our mindset towards it is. Once that's enhanced, physical fitness is nothing but a positive side effect of your efforts. MEDITATION AND PRANAYAMA (dynamic breathing) For most, just simply understanding what meditation even is happens to be a confusing topic. is it concentration? is it emptiness? is it to relax? the same way a knife can be used in 1000 different ways. such is meditation meditations is a vast eastern science in itself and has a large range of ways to apply it. depending on what my client wants to achieve through the process, I will teach and guide them to learn various techniques and as a result strengthen their mental and emotional faculties. We often overlook the importance of implying a daily habit of up keeping our mental and psychological health and usually tend to focus on the body more. Meditation is what one needs to implement for that. PRANAYAMA (dynamic breathing) is another great tool to restore balance within one’s self and maintain a healthy mental and emotional space. when one can learn to control and harness the energy hidden in the breath, they are synchronized with the most fundamental essence of our experience of life. LIFE COACHING For this I like to apply my knowledge of Vedic philosophy and psychology to understand what blockages one has in their life and figure out a way to get them into a more positive and productive place in their life. for any positive experience of life, it’s crucial that one has at least themselves under control so that they can tackle life as it comes and make the necessary steps and moves to get themselves to where they want to be. I will help and guide my client to first create an understanding of these internal obstacles, break them down and then make sure there is a solid system set up to prevent more from arising in the future. A lot of the times the problems and obstacles we face internally are quite complex. but luckily the solutions can be easy as long as we have the willingness to apply them with full involvement and be consistent.

Shiva is exactly the type of personal trainer I have been searching for.
