- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While it may be convenient to list a few numbers, its important to know that every situation is different. What may be suitable for a fresh install may not be suitable for a single camera replacement. Key factors such as type of hardware, service needed and liability of heights are accounted for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly we like to get as much information as possible. Information such as type of equipment needed to be installed, location of where it will be mounted, and whether it youd always like to view your cameras on screen or remotely.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by helping friends and family who them referred me to others who needed my help. This blossomed into Rambo CCTV.
