- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Rates are based on crew size, time, distance, and the scope of work. All quotes include professional movers, moving equipment, furniture protection, and basic insurance coverage. There are no surprise charges for stairs, standard furniture, or reasonable walking distances when disclosed upfront. Long carries, heavy specialty items (pianos, safes), packing services, and long-distance moves may affect pricing. We don’t compete on being the cheapest — we compete on quality, care, and efficiency, which saves customers time, stress, and money in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick response to your request (usually within minutes). 2. We gather details about your move (locations, inventory, access, timing). 3. You receive a clear, honest quote — no vague estimates. 4. Once approved, we lock in your date and crew. 5. On moving day, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and treats your belongings like their own. 6. We complete the move efficiently, do a final walkthrough, and make sure you’re 100% satisfied. Communication is clear from start to finish — no chasing us down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in safe lifting, furniture disassembly/reassembly, protective wrapping, load balancing, and damage prevention. We use proven moving systems developed through hands-on experience with residential, commercial, and specialty moves. Every crew member is trained to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism.
