100% recommend Jacob and his crew from Hercules Moving Heros, and would work with him again. Jacob is on time, professional, good communication, handled my belongings with care, and also helped problem solve unexpected challenges with parking and load in. I can't recommend him enough. I cant recommend Hercules Moving Heroes highly enough. They really lived up to their name!I was moving in the aftermath of a major snowstorm, including an hour-and-a-half drive, and the moving crew was efficient, careful, and professional despite difficult road conditions. They loaded quickly, communicated clearly, and handled everything with care.After the movers were already en route to my new home, my car suddenly wouldnt start. I texted the company only to give a heads-up, assuming I was stranded (it was a Sunday and no mechanics were available). Instead, the owners themselves showed up with jumper cables, personally got my car running, and made sure I could get on the road. I was genuinely stunned by that level of responsiveness and follow-through.By the time I arrived, the movers had everything unloaded and even brought furniture upstairs. What could have been a nightmare move turned into an incredibly positive experience.If you want movers who are reliable, kind, and who truly show up when it counts, this is the company. I would absolutely use them again!!
