Had such an incredible experience moving with this company. They were very accommodating with dates since our closing dates changed a few times, also the team moving was fast & efficient. Everything came intact from the move. They have an excellent customer service, and I highly recommend them for moving to anyone. It honestly has been the best experience moving Ive ever had , and Ive moved quite a lot.

The guys were incredible - had a ton of stuff, antiques, etc. and they were super thoughtful and careful with our things. Had a huge hutch that they went out of their way to fit in the house. Will definitely be using again!!

This company is great. They know what theyre doing. They know how to do it quickly and safely. They dont waste time. Very professional. They are responsive. And the price is very reasonable for the amount of work they do.Under $2000 To move a three bedroom house.And theyre friendly. You couldnt do better in this area. Its so rare to get such good service in upstate New York. We would highly encourage you to hire them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote hourly or flat rate depending on the job, and we tell you which one before you book. Hourly rates cover the crew, the truck, blankets, shrink wrap, dollies, and all equipment, with a 3 hour minimum. Hourly billing runs portal to portal, meaning the clock starts and stops at our shop in Catskill, so you are paying for travel time. We say that up front rather than burying it.
There is no separate mileage or fuel charge, and no surprise fee for stairs or standard furniture when you tell us about them in advance. Long carries, pianos, safes, packing services, and full-pack jobs are priced separately.
We are not the cheapest option in the area and we do not try to be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We respond to your request, usually the same day and often within the hour.
2. We ask about locations, inventory, access, stairs, and timing.
3. You get a written quote with the crew size and rate spelled out.
4. Once you approve it, we take a deposit of up to 20 percent to hold the date.
5. On moving day the crew arrives with the truck, blankets, shrink wrap, and dollies, and we walk the space with you before we start.
6. We do a final walkthrough at the destination before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews are trained in safe lifting, furniture disassembly and reassembly, protective wrapping, load balancing, and truck loading. We run under USDOT #4551103 and carry workers compensation through NYSIF.
Training happens on the job with a lead mover on every crew. New movers do not run a job alone.
