We hired Tim to install a marble backsplash in our kitchen. I called Tim and explained how we were short on time and needed the work done asap. He came by, gave a very fair quote and started the prep work the same day. The final product looks incredible, we couldn't be more happy. Working with Tim was a pleasure, he is friendly, professional, dependable, and explains the work he will be doing to ensure it is exactly what the customer wants. I would not hesitate to hire Tim for another job in the future!

The work was done very quickly and with great care and quality. We had just finished getting our walls painted and I was nervous that the refinishing process may scuff up our newly painted walls, but everything was completed professionally and our walls remained untouched. The floors are beautiful! We also greatly appreciate the quality of the materials used to seal the floors and that it is environmentally healthy, especially with a baby in the home. Thanks!

Over the course of 2 weeks i ripped up all of the carpet on my first floor. Underneath was the original "Rochester Hardwood Flooring" and i wanted to restore it. There were a lot of squeaky spots a couple old pet/urine stains. Tim and Tim Jr provided a very competitive quote, were flexible on scheduling, and provided advice on the flooring, heating vents, and cold air returns. They were both polite and a pleasure to work with. They added shims from the basement ceiling to fix the squeaks and pulled some magic on the stains. All around they made the experience as easy as possible. The job was completed quickly and i can see the pride they have in their work! The end result looks absolutely awesome!! (Dark Walnut Stain with White Baseboard/Shoe-molding) I am recommending them to any friend, family, or co-worker interested in flooring jobs (specifically hardwood floor refinishing).

Yes jobs are usually by the sq.ft. - labor starting at - wood floor installs $3 sq.ft., laminate $2.25 , tile floors $5 stone and patterns underpayment are extra , backalpash and shower surrounds $15+ , wood floor restorations sand and finish $3 . these are some pricing.
