The first project was to replace a ceiling fan in my home. The second was to install indirect ceiling lighting, both made difficult by the height of the ceiling and running of wire in a log cabin. Liam is very meticulous and job oriented. So nice that Danielle works with him and that would I think make a single female feel safe with a male worker in the house. They were very receptive to the animal population in my home too. Nothing went wrong and my only suggestion would be to carry some extra supplies...just in case...

I'm a local interior designer and hired NIERBO Construction to install a ceiling fan and lighting for a project. Liam did great work, provided a clear written estimate, and cleaned up the work site. My client is happy, so I'm happy! Will definitely hire again in the future.

I contacted Liam through an online search about a basement remodel in my home. He replied promptly to my request and when meeting for the initial estimate both Liam and Danielle presented themselves as very knowledgeable and professional. He pointed out a potential building code violation with my remodeling project and double checked with the local code enforcement the next day to be 100% clear. While the cost to properly complete the remodel to code put the project out of my price range, it was of no fault to Neirbo Construction and I appreciated the prompt response and integrity. I definitely plan on contacting them for any future projects I may have.

Thorough, honest, and a company run with great integrity. Pictures to keep you up to date on the project makes a person like me who works out of town feel more at ease. I had them tile my bathroom and it came out better than expected. Will use again. Liam is also a veteran and I like to work with veterans because the work ethic they learned shows in their work now.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure that the proper permits are pulled, and planning is done. Your contractor should sit down with you and go over the plan of what they are giving you, to make sure everyone is all on the same track. Also contracts are a musts! Never start a project with out one, also proof of insurance, references, and I cannot stress enough, building or compliance permits! Also ensure they bring in the professionals, i.e. licensed plumbers, electricians, masons, etc. We've all heard "Jack of all trades, master of none"
