Steven responded to our initial inquiry very quickly. He got us into his schedule very quickly (within 24 hours - I was very impressed and grateful!), and responded to our messages just as expeditiously. He was dealt a hand of very very poorly done wiring that was haphazardly done previously, and not only resolved our issues, but also went above and beyond to explain the issue and how he was resolving it, and addressed some side questions we had as well. His workmanship is absolutely wonderful. Steven is also a Spanish speaker, which was helpful for my family so I wanted to mention that in case another person is looking for a Spanish speaker. I absolutely cannot recommend him enough!!
