    I have been training with Dennis for over three years now. Dennis is always very motivational and supportive. I get in a full body workout in an hour or less and my workout is specifically tailored to my body and my goals. He has an extensive array of equipment available to use including weight machines, spin bikes and resistance bands. Having so much equipment ensures that each workout is different and challenging. Dennis always has a positive attitude which helps to keep me going!

I continue to get the latest Professional Certifications so I can stay up on what is important when training my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started training in high school because I was underweight. I came to the understanding that exercise is an important part of staying healthy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview the trainers you are considering to hire. Let them know exactly what your goals are, as well as what your expectations of them are.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would like customers to know that not all trainers have the same training concepts. What I would like to convey to my customers is that they knows that what is most important to me, is what is most important to them.
