- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really complicated at all. I don't really have a set hourly price, I tend to really just look at what needs to be done, do it then I will come up with a price, I can tell you I am one of the most reasonable priced computer techs out there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually just completed a online course to get my a+ certification, I have putting that on hold for to long so I went and did a 6 month online course, and now just waiting til march or april to take the tests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I started using computers back in 1997, it's been something I have loved to do ever since then. Most people think of this as just a job, this is also a very big hobby of mine, I don't just do it for the money like most people. I can honestly say that if I could do this full time, there wouldn't be a day without a smile, knowing that I have helped someone or fixed something makes me feel 100 times better then going into a job and hating it.
