Mr Root sonewhat ripped me off. I am a bit upset of being charged an exorbitant fee for service just to fix a broken pipe. T4 Biel gave me a crazy charge because after a good comparison with other plumbers deal. I was charged too much for fixing a broken pipe in a ceiling for $$$$ which I would have done for less.Hope this pipe don't give issues. It looks like an ordinary pipe for both hot and cold water. Don't be like me. Get another plumber and make your comparison.

I requested service on Sunday but due the technician’s delay my job was rescheduled for Monday 9:00AM. Brandon Falco arrived on time. He listened to my problems with the kitchen facet sensor. He was patient and professional in seeking a resolution to my problem. He is among several of the wonderful experiences I have had in using Thumptack. Brandon represented his company exceedingly well my facet problems were taken care of . I would use Mr Rooter and especially Brandon again. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to give our prices up front and in person; we do not give pricing over the phone. We are comparable with other companies, but what makes us stand out: we offer some of the best warranties and we offer same day service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send the plumber over to your home/business and he will meet with you and go over all of your options since sometimes there is more than one way to fix the problem. He will give you the price up front so you can make decisions on what you would like to have done. If you agree he will stay and fix the problem for you at that time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is a family business, followed in my grandfather's footsteps.
