I called two days before Thanksgiving and Gina was able to scramble to find me a bartender for the day. Bob was prompt, responsive, friendly - and makes a great drink! Scheduled him for four hours but my guests loved him so he was here for seven! He cleaned up and served. Thanks Gina and Bob!

Great experience overall! I hired Exceptional Event Services immediately after speaking to Gina. When we discussed the event, she knew what I needed and was straight and to the point. She gave me a great price for a 30th birthday party we had for my boyfriend. The bartenders were great especially Larissa. All of your friends and family were extremely happy with her service and professionalism. She was on point and was extremely personable with all guests. For our next event, we would definitely be using Exceptional Event Services.

The team sent was fantastic! They made the party much more fun by taking care of replenishing the buffet, making sure people had drinks, cleaning up and being very professional and lovely to everyone. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I could not have been happier with Exceptional Event Services. The woman that helped out at our holiday party was friendly, hard-working, professional, and proactive about everything. She needed almost no direction or supervision - and was busy throughout the entire event. She was doing dishes, collecting plates, opening bottles of wine, etc. But most importantly, she was able to just look around the party and see what needed to be done. It was the first time I ever enjoyed my own party!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with all budgets and try to be all inclusive with my pricing plus gratuity that is added on to the event the day of. Standard gratuity in the industry is 20%, I can gladly add that to your total for my staff! The more detailed and specific you are, the more I can be as well!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak to all customers over the phone and possibly meet in person if they have the time. We can communicate via email, text, phone and contracts! Everyone will deal with myself directly !!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. I have a Bachelors in Psychology as well as a Masters in Human Resource Management. So i know how to work with customers, vendors, corporate and employees to provide quality and reliable service.
