Great experience overall! I hired Exceptional Event Services immediately after speaking to Gina. When we discussed the event, she knew what I needed and was straight and to the point. She gave me a great price for a 30th birthday party we had for my boyfriend. The bartenders were great especially Larissa. All of your friends and family were extremely happy with her service and professionalism. She was on point and was extremely personable with all guests. For our next event, we would definitely be using Exceptional Event Services.

I called two days before Thanksgiving and Gina was able to scramble to find me a bartender for the day. Bob was prompt, responsive, friendly - and makes a great drink! Scheduled him for four hours but my guests loved him so he was here for seven! He cleaned up and served. Thanks Gina and Bob!

The experience the bartender provided was good, but the lack of proper equipment did not allow her to do a better job. We requested frozen margaritas but, she did not have a professional blender and ended up with a regular household blender. Due to the blender not functioning properly, we had margaritas on the rocks. She took over an hour and a half to serve 7 margaritas on the rocks. I paid for the professional blender which we did not have.

Ingrid was wonderful- arrived on time and pitched right in and was a tremenedous help! She did everything from clear dishes to serve drinks & everything in between and was a pleasure to have in our home for Christmas day. I will definitely be using Exceptional Events Services again soon!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with all budgets and try to be all inclusive with my pricing plus gratuity that is added on to the event the day of. Standard gratuity in the industry is 20%, I can gladly add that to your total for my staff! The more detailed and specific you are, the more I can be as well!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak to all customers over the phone and possibly meet in person if they have the time. We can communicate via email, text, phone and contracts! Everyone will deal with myself directly !!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. I have a Bachelors in Psychology as well as a Masters in Human Resource Management. So i know how to work with customers, vendors, corporate and employees to provide quality and reliable service.
