GREAT experience. The food was incredible and Holly and her team were able to make a “basic” Labor Day BBQ not so basic. Consistent compliments on all the food. Couldn’t have been better. We hope to have them back for another event.

We cannot say enough great things about Holly’s Catering! With only three days’ notice before our holiday gala, Holly stepped in and completely exceeded our expectations. She was able to assemble a full team of five professional, attentive waiters, which in itself was impressive, but it didn’t stop there.
Holly and her team arrived an hour early to help us finish setting up, showing true dedication and teamwork. Everyone was respectful, courteous, and incredibly professional, both in appearance and in service. They blended seamlessly into the event and handled everything with ease and grace.
We hosted over 150 residents, and the feedback afterward was overwhelming. Our office received nothing but rave reviews, every single comment praised Holly and her team for their kindness, efficiency, and overall outstanding service. It truly elevated the entire event and allowed us to enjoy the evening without stress.
On top of all that, Holly’s Catering was very affordable, which made the experience even better. Holly, as the owner, was a pleasure to work with, responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our event a success.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a 5 hour minimum for wait and bar staff.
Our rates are not the same in all areas of the Island.
Traffic and distance dictates the hourly rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak to our clients so we can better assess their needs and offer all our services. Staffing, Catering & Equipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Holly is a three time graduate of St Josephs College earning two Masters Degrees.
Holly also has been in the off premises catering industry for over 25 years.
Holly also holds a Suffolk County Food Handler Managers certification.
Holly is also current with F.A.C.T.S Flight Safety Training and is available to travel in with clients on Charter Flights and is available to work for Charter Companies. Holly is certified in CPR/AED
