We suffered multiple floods in our bathroom from an upstairs neighbor and went through their insurance to repair the damage. I found Joe on Thumbtack and loved his reviews. They’re all true! He and his team are professional and great communicators. They give you options, explain what the work will entail and don’t try to sell you a bill of goods. Although PatchMaster was only hired to repair the damage, I’d hire Joe and his team a thousand times. Do yourself a favor and book him for your next project!! (Some before and after pics)

We recently had the pleasure of working with Joe & his crew.After an initial consultation and walk through, we contracted tohave Joe do repairs (both large & small) in just about every room of our home - a 6 day project.Each morning began with a quick review of what would be done, and ended with a quick walk through of the days work to ensure we were satisfied, answer our questions and plan the next day's work.His crew showed up on time each day and worked with minimal disruption (we both work from home). They were courteous and respectful of our time, our home and furnishings.Joe and his crew did a great job for us under difficult conditions.We would not hesitate to invite him back into our home again should the need arise.RM

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free service calls—our minimum charge for any repair or service performed is $450. Our pricing depends on the scope of the job--number, size, and location of the holes that are in need of repair. We ask that you have some basic information ready when you contact us such as the approximate size of the repair and some pictures if possible so that we can provide an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At PatchMaster our goal is to make the entire process of restoring your home easy. We use upfront pricing, instead of an estimate. This allows you to have confidence and accurately plan your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We found that there was a lack of companies willing to do small repairs. After trying repeatedly to get small jobs around our own home repaired, PatchMaster was founded. We aim to make it easy to get these small jobs done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price.
