It's nice, and rare, to get a contractor that is communicative and responsive.Albert is one of those rare builders. He responded almost immediately to our concerns, and rectified them efficiently. Furthermore, he actually materialized on the job often.A major problem I've had with contractors is that there's miscommunication, and things screw up. Too many handle too many jobs, so they rarely appear. Al was often around overseeing the project, and this, plus many back amd forth communications, moved this challenging undertaking along as efficiently as one could hope for.He's not inexpensive, but to a great extent, you get what you pay for. In this case I experienced impressive professionalism.I was happy that I found Denaut builders for the construction of our kitchen addition, a major project that entailed many large and small details.
