Hello... My name is Don Henderson. I am a licensed dog trainer and behaviorist with 30 plus years experience. I have a passion for my profession and it shows in my work. My training methods are love, praise and reward. I teach you how to train your dog. There are no behavioral issues that I have not been able to handle. I provide individual lessons in your home/property. I offer per lesson sessions or packages. All lesson reviews are emailed to you so you have a written account of our lessons to practice, and I am always a phone call away to help. I would love to help you accomplish your training needs so you can have a well behaved pet to enjoy for many years! I also provide pet sitting services (dog walking, overnight or daily visits, pet taxi and poop scooping). $495.00 for unlimited lessons and guaranted results for life of your dog $15.00 for walking 1 dog and $20.00 for 2 or more $25.00 for 45 minutes for trail walking
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have a meet and greet with you and your dog or dogs and go over what your needs are for your dog. example how old is your dog, any medications, does your dog get along with other dogs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified licensed dog trainer with the state of New York a graduate of k-9 training Academy and a Member of PetSitters Associates and have attended pet shows in various parts of the country. I also read several dog/cat publications. I am learning everyday. A new pet is a new challenge that I learn from. I am being re-certified in Pet CPR.
