This was a really last minute request and the Mobile Movers responded to the request crazy fast, showed up early to the job, were so nice and got the job done faster than expected. Mobile Movers is definitely the way to go when you need help moving! Michael and his team were great. They have reasonable/fair pricing and had last minute availability which I greatly appreciated. They were kind enough to make 2 stops to get the items that I needed for my move. The day I had to move did not have the best weather but it was no issue for them. They offered alternatives in order to fit my budget which was awesome. 10/10 experience, would use mobile movers in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a total for both helpers, not each individually. We also have a 2 hour minimum policy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like working with new customers over the phone as a lot goes into a move. We need to get a list of the items, the job goals, start time, etc. Text works too but takes slightly longer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After being employed as mover a few summers ago, I figured I could create my own business out of the work.
