John was incredible! On time, fast, and knowledgable. He showed me a problem with the HVAC unit which I percieved to be very minor. John explained to me the full extent of the problem and by highlighting it in his report, saved me at least a couple thousand dollars in repairs. Without his expertise, the purchase of my investment property would have been a big mistake.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on several factors. Distance of travel, size of the home, and how old the home is. We offer discounts for all members of service, past and present
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask the customer several questions regarding their future home. I will then agree to a time to meet with them for the inspection and we will go over their customer agreement prior to starting work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a firefighter, I am constantly exposed to visible hazards and safety issues in regards to building/construction.
