I liked all 5 aspects of Bright light energy but was only allowed to select 3. However their responsiveness , punctuality and communication would be the other items I would score them a 10 on. They were just a great company to do business with! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solar company or any work related to your existing solar system.

We should be able to choose more items. Bright Light from top to bottom made a very scary task much easier. The inspectors/technicians showed up on time and were ready to work. They were very professional and detailed with their assessment. I can't say enough about Alex and Jeanette. Jeanette listened to me fully and had my report done within minutes. I asked many questions, and Alex, Jeanette, or the technicians were never put off. A wonderful experience, they promote compassion and support with professionalism. So much is shady business these days and poor consumer service, it's nice to know I had this wonderful experience with Bright Light Energy.
