- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WE HAVE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF ONE DAY FOR $475.00 AND WE DO NOT GIVE PRICES WITHOUT VISITING THE JOB SITE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet with the customer for a site inspection to go over the details of the project, to determine our customer needs, and how to best fulfill their expectations. A detailed estimated is emailed and a follow-up meeting set up if necessary to go over colors, paint finishes and room/area design. The start date is confirmed and one of our experienced crew Foreman assigned. From beginning to end all our projects are run and inspected by one of our Foreman with more than 10 years of paint experience working on site and the project Estimator.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first paint brush was given to me by my first employer, also known as Dad on my first job in March of 1997. After that I worked for big paint companies and learned how to run a business and that technical skill is as important as professionalism and customer service.
