After working for 15+ years doing stage design and shade canopy design for events, Susan decided to pivot into hanging art for a variety of framing shops, interior designers, and stagers. She also gained the skill of home organization via taking courses with the National Association of Professional Organizers. She has been has been an organizer as well as doing a variety of both handy and design related jobs since 2017. Projects have included, but are not limited to: the creation of custom rock climbing walls, suspending swings from ceilings, installing TV's, as well as helping clients choose window treatments, furniture, and custom carpeting. Susan has helped clients with lock related emergencies and can source and change out broken cabinet parts. Prior to her creative job, she worked in private equity accounting for 5 years and is able to complete clerical tasks. In 2005 she earned a design degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, after taking a depth of coursework in both studio art and art history at Franklin and Marshall College in PA. Not only is Susan able to safely attach items to walls, but she also has been trained in the rules and guidelines for the placement of items to achieve an appealing and professional outcome.
