Wade was great to hire. He worked on two projects for me and got both of them done quickly with good craftsmanship/quality and for a great price. I highly recommend him for your home remodeling and update projects.
The first project I hired him for was to fix an old wooden fence in my backyard that needed replaced since I bought the house 6 or so years ago. It was very badly leaning towards my neighbor's yard and looked like it might fall soon. He took out all the leaning sections, replaced all supportive beams and even re-used the old parts of the fence that weren't too bad to help me save money, since I don't mind it not being a brand new looking fence. It turned out fantastic and is still holding up very well about a year later. Even after we added a ton of mulch, sand and dirt along it (lots of added weight on it), it is still holding up well. 10/10
(*The mess you see in the fence pictures is not from him. It's is for a new metal siding project we have going on now. He didn't leave any messes, either.)
The second project he did for me was to add a teak flooring to my balcony. It was unfinished wood before, and had some waterproofing material on it. This was started and finished within a few days. Both projects were, and as I said earlier, for a really great price! You can see in my pictures what the floor looks like before and after. He cut some of the pieces to custom fit around our handrails and match the space nicely.
