MGM was able to schedule me quickly after being very easy to contact. Gedeon was very timely (calling back within the minute he had said) and arrived right on time. He was able to quickly repair my furnace and the cost was reasonable. And the shoe covers were not necessary but appreciated!

They were: (1) extremely quick in responding to my request for replacing my hot water heater; (2) they were able to schedule a time to come and replace my hot water heater immediately for the next day at 10:00 AM (after I put my request on-line at 9:00 PM). They prioritized my needs and accommodated me by being able to reschedule another job they had (at the 10:00 AM slot) for a different day. (3) They were prompt and on time, and were able to complete the job in 1 hour (which normally takes 1-2 hours). (4) Out of the 3 quotes I received, they provided the best price for the same service. I would definitely use them for other heating/ventilation and air conditioning needs I may have and I would absolutely recommend them!

MGM installed a new air conditioning unit at my house. They gave me the best price and the best equipment. They put dropped clothes down to not get dirt through out the house. They did a great job!!!!
