About
I'm Ben, a Rochester NY native, where I've cultivated my passion for photography since adolescence. Photography isn't just a job for me. It's what I live to do... ever since early lessons, alongside my mother at her community college. Then again when I went to high school.
Those foundational experiences, such as learning to master light meters and develop film in a darkroom, ignited a lifelong love for capturing beautiful moments in time.
I almost exclusively shoot an Olympus Digital SLR camera with 12 megapixels. It has a wonderful image sensor, and the right balance of manual mode settings to make it a very powerful 'real camera.'

Ben did an amazing job! He was able to take gorgeous pictures of my son, despite my son's resistance to smiling. He captured the serious, creative, intelligent child that is my son! There were so many great shots and he really went above and beyond, chatting with my son and putting him at easy. He was timely, very professional and very focused on the job at hand while he was with us. We can't thank him enough for this shoot. When I look at the pictures I know we are so fortunate to have found Ben, his price was so reasonable for what was accomplished. I recommend his services 100%

Busy Bee did a great job on my goddaughter senior pictures, we had to get pictures taken at the last moment, to get them submitted for her yearbook. Busy bee was excellent, we had the pictures the same day and we were able to pick and submit the picture on time. The price to get the photos done was affordable to me and I really appreciate that. Highly recommend Busy Bee.

Ben was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to create the look I was aiming for, and I ended up with some really beautiful portraits that I will cherish. I hope to work with Ben again in the future!
