About
I'm Ben, a Rochester NY native, where I've cultivated my passion for photography since adolescence. Photography isn't just a job for me. It's what I live to do... ever since early lessons, alongside my mother at her community college. Then again when I went to high school.
Those foundational experiences, such as learning to master light meters and develop film in a darkroom, ignited a lifelong love for capturing beautiful moments in time.
I almost exclusively shoot an Olympus Digital SLR camera with 12 megapixels. It has a wonderful image sensor, and the right balance of manual mode settings to make it a very powerful 'real camera.'

Busy Bee did a great job on my goddaughter senior pictures, we had to get pictures taken at the last moment, to get them submitted for her yearbook. Busy bee was excellent, we had the pictures the same day and we were able to pick and submit the picture on time. The price to get the photos done was affordable to me and I really appreciate that. Highly recommend Busy Bee.

My daughter and I got our Christmas photos taken today morning by Ben and the results were amazing! Ben was professional, kind and punctual! Prior to the photoshoot, he contacted me to talk about the shoot and to get all the details that were important to me. During the shoot he checked in by showing us images on his camera to ensure that we liked the images . He made great suggestions to enhance the pictures and he was very patient with my 6 year old! The turn around time was super quick and the quality of the pictures great!! I'll hire Ben again for my spring pics and definitely refer and recommend him to anyone in the Rochester area who needs professional portraits
