About
Experience is paramount in this business. Having had the opportunity to inspect over 10,000 houses since 1987, I have observed and identified many different conditions. My job is to help you understand the implications of our observations and the recommendations for when action is needed. (Please realize that we are not licensed appraisers). We are licensed home inspectors.
Our pricing is reasonable, considering the largest investment you are planning to make is your future home. The cost of any overlooked deficiencies could exceed the savings of hiring the lowest priced home inspector. Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed!
Customers rated this pro highly for work quality, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Mr Quinn inspected our home . We had a home that was built in the 1800's and he was knowledgeable about such homes by training. . He took his time and explained in detail after the inspection issues with the home both good and bad and was prompt with a detailed report. A true professional

Mike was very informative, pleasant, thorough and helpful when he inspected my house. I found his insight very valuable as a first time homeowner. He brings years of experience in both building and real-estate and was able to advise me of options, recommendations and what needs priority attention. I am very satisfied with the work he provided and strongly recommend him for doing your house inspection. Thanks Mike!

Michael Quinn was a very knowledgeable and professional Inspector. I was very satisfied with a lot of the faults in my house that he could catch. When I bought my house, whoever was the Inspector, did a bad job. Another person was helping me since I was moving from the west coast to the east coast. At this time, I am seeking an Inspector's help to make my house more saleable. And Mike did the job. And complemented me on the things that I have already done. I would gladly recommend Mike. He knows what he is doing. And understands how important that is. Karen DeSanto
I found Mike to have a lot of knowledge and experience. He was professional and thorough. I would highly recommend him for a homeinspection.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is very competetive for our industry. Continuing education combined with experience is extremely important and expensive. Our 30 plus years experience has taught us that "cost" is defined by hiring someone inexpensively who risks missing deficiencies in the house, when you wish you had hired someone with extensive experience instead, and paid the right price. We know this because sometimes we are hired to check that same home after that person was hired to inspect it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We educate you, take photos of deficiencies, explain our observations along with the implications. When necessary, we recommend a plan of action and this is all included in your report.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, it is required in order to remain in good standing with the state of NY. I am also a FEMA official ready to perform disaster inspections whenever my services are needed.
