- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try not to get complicated with jobs and pricing. I can work by job or by the hour. My normal hourly rate is $28/hour and find that most customers prefer to pay by the hour. I prefer the smaller jobs and there are not many repairs that I cannot do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure they understand what is required to solve the problem; how I propose to do the work; and why this is a good solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have considerable "hands on' experience with with all types of real estate management, improvements and repairs. However, my expertise is the management, maintenance and repairs associated with of single family homes and small multi family houses. In the past, I have received awards from the City of Rochester for rehabilitating city homes. I have taken several continuing education courses in the real estate field.
