Rick was great! He responded quickly by phone or text. He came when he said he would and even texted that he was on his way. I hired him to close the pool and upon noticing we still had leaves hat we couldn't get out- he offered to clean it some more and didn't charge more. He was a professional and knew what he was doing. He put things away and was a pleasure to work with. I plan on hiring him again in the spring.

Due to scheduling conflicts being a holiday weekend as well as a busy time for Pool businesses, we were unable to schedule a service visit. However, Rick went above and beyond suggesting things to try as well as stayed in touch with us. We appreciated his efforts and will contact him with future pool issues.

Told me he could come next day. Quoted me a price for a new pump. Called me an hour before he was supposed to come told me price was 100.00 more and that he couldn't come for 5 days. DO NOT USE THIS Pool person. If he has as much experience as he says he should know the price of a pool pump, and not misquote by 100.00. Left me in a lurch

dear customer please tell the whole story and the true story the price I quoted you was if I ordered it through my supplier if you wanted me to come there I would have to get it locally and it would be $100 more than my price as it was a very busy time of the year and by the time I got the order in it would take 3 days or more I just don't know how that left you in the lurch and by the way next day service in the pool business at that time of the year is unheard of so please don't say that I wasn't trying to please you
