- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for 1–2 photos to give an accurate quote. Then I explain the process, book the date, and arrive on time with all my equipment. I also include free drying to speed things up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed multiple online trainings on upholstery cleaning, stain removal, and safe chemical use. I also learned from professionals and practice every week to improve.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always enjoyed cleaning and working with my hands. After moving to the U.S., I decided to start my own business doing something useful and in demand — helping families keep their furniture clean and fresh.
