FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our jobs are all custom jobs with unique pricing for each project. We can normally give a "ball park" price with some info about your job but we can not effectively offer a "cookie cutter" price list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally the customer visits the showroom to give a general idea of your style and taste for the kitchen. At that time we will collect a design retainer fee of $500.00 for the design. This fee will be credit to you upon purchase of the cabinet order. We will then offer to visit the job site to do a custom design. The design will be done based on room dimensions, window and door location, ceiling height, and photos that were taken. At that time we will be able to email all the plans and pricing to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 32 years of OJT, (on the job training). My background is in general building and remodeling before I got involved in the kitchen remodeling industry 20 years ago. My design team has 71 years of combined experience and the installers have 36 years of combined experience in kitchen design and installation!
