Introduction: "Dog training isnt about completing a class, its about living happily and peacefully with your dog" Have a dog that is naughty, doesn't listen, or has an undesired behavior you can't seem to fix? I can show you how easy and fun it is for the dog to learn how to extinguish those behaviors and replace them with desired skills and manners that will set them up for a lifetime of success and of course leave you happy. We have group lesson format where we are learning a select basic objectives alongside other dog owners. Your dog must be non-aggressive towards other dogs, if they tend to bark and lunge at other dogs they may need to be referred for private lessons prior to group class, if you are unsure you can contact me prior to registration. I use force free methods that keep your dog happy. Keeping fear and punishment out of the equation allows for happy results. We love the ability to make a difference in the pet's life and show owners how training can be fun, and we can help with real-life skills.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Group lessons are more cost effective for those who can get into a class setting with their family pet. For private lessons I currently offer a reduced rate for those coming to my facility and who pay up front for package pricing. At this time travel is only based inside Perry NY area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 60 minute assessment for any new clients wishing to come in and have me meet with your pet and you (your family) to discuss some things you wish to improve on. From there I am able to provide you the best suggestions for programs or classes that may benefit. Some dogs do better in a private setting, while others would do fine in a group class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have run a dog rescue for over 10 years and have been working hands on with dogs and dog behaviors the entire time. Attended numerous training seminars with valuable trainers in the country as well as attending Karen Pryor Clicker Academy for dog training.
