Hi, my name is Rachel and I have been grooming both cats and dogs for over 10 years. I just recently started my own grooming business from my house, which is located in Perry. one of my 3 indoor cats had gotten outside and got pregnant while also bringing home fleas. after trying to fight it on my own i reached out to Rachel so she could groom them. she took all 8 of our cats (5 kittens & 3 adults) and washed away those pesky bugs. she replied quickly and compassionately and was willing to work with me so we could coordinate with an exterminator, she was awesome and i would totally hire again.

I contacted Rachel about getting my cat groomed and she got back to me very promptly. She was very nice and professional when answering my questions. I was initially nervous about how my cat would react, but Rachel had my cat's comfort in the forefront of her mind and didn't want to put her through too much stress if she became scared. I was extremely grateful for that and was very happy with the results. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful experience with Rachel! My cat does not handle being groomed or trimmed very well but upon my pickup she did not seem stressed out at all, I believe Rachel took wonderful care of her. She looked and smelled amazing, I will definitely return!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices vary depending on condition of the coat, temperament, size, breed, etc. I usually stick to my original quote and offer very fair prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain everything to my customers so there is no misunderstanding. I assess the pet's coat right in front of the customer and explain what to expect and give you a call once I am finishing up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first started learning to groom about 15 years ago. I have been grooming cats and dogs part time ever since. I have worked side by side with groomers and trainers. I am trained in first aid and CPR for both humans and animals.
