We rented a trumpet back in 2012 from this store. They contract with an outside rental company. Since 2012 we have paid 30.00 a,month a d we were told by Mr wolcott that once the trumpet was paid off, the automatic payments off our,credit card would stop, and the trumpet was ours to keep. We just got off the phone with the rental company, a d they told us that Mr Wolcott did not represent the contract correctly and we are on a month to .on the rental agreement. We have 747.00 in credit a d we could bring our trumpet into a participating store ,turn it I , and buy a used trumpet with the credit. Only proble. Is, the nearest store is over an hour a d a half away. If I wanted to buy a used trumpet I would have done that in the first place, and we even checked with Mr wolcott before moving down south and asked him if we needed to turn the trumpet in before we moved, he stated " no the payments will stop when the trumpet is paid off"......well now we are in a battle with the rental company, thanks JOSH!!!!!
