Brook's Computer Support was very professional. I messaged him my computer's issues and he let me know all that he could do to improve on it's performance. His price was more than reasonable for all that he did. What types of customers have you worked with?
Common work completed for clients includes computer/OS tuneup and cleanup work, malware/virus removal, Operating system upgrade or re-installation and hardware repair and/or replacement. I am able to work on desktops and laptops, both Windows and Mac OS.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Biggest advice: Look for someone who has experience in the field. In my case, my regular job is as a Desktop Support Technician servicing both Mac and PC machines, and I am required to be proficient on both.
Also look for someone who appears to be legit, and is willing to communicate to you.
