- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Base our prices on materials, labor, and our daily expenses. J&J Renovation's is a Quality ALWAYS company. Quality will always be our strong suite. Due to this our pricing is fair, competetive, and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First: Phone call with customer/homeowner to go over the scope of work and possible solutions, and options. Secondly: In-person consultation at property where measurements, pictures, and material lists can be determined and put into a proposal. Third: Options/Materials are finalized, Set Price is agreed upon and a contract and invoice will be wrote up, dated, and signed with an estimated start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of field training. 5+ years of business exp. Certified with Most Material Manufacturers used.
