- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For moves I do 20$ an hour with a 4 hour minimum charge per man. And carpentry would be customer pays for materials. Price would depend on job details and specifics.

Meeting them of course. Then going through the job scope and talking about the customers needs and expectations.
