- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is baseline flat rate. Take a look at our website for our most common pricing! This means you'll get the same price as everyone else as your starting baseline. Of course things can increase costs, such as material choice, time of year, steepness of roof, difficulty of job, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do when working with a new potential customer is get them on the phone and go over some pre-qualification questions to make sure we're the right fit for each other. If we end up being the contractor for you, we will come out and go over your project. Depending on the project we may have an estimate for you right on the spot or we typically have them returned within 48 hours!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are general contractors, we have been trained in lead abatement, mold remediation, and we have extensive knowledge in real estate management, real estate investing, and of course all facets of construction from demo to finish carpentry.
