I called and he came the same day . He was very thorough and fixed the problem . I do have something on order for him to come back and fix . He ordered the parts himself and will let me know when it's in and will return . His price was reasonable , I was super pleased with his service

I had a great experience with LA Appliances. The technician was punctual, professional, and took the time to do a very thorough inspection of my washer. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive repair, he honestly advised that, given the machine was already 10 years old, I would be better off putting that money toward a new washer. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and even showed me the cost of the replacement parts so I could understand exactly where the estimate came from. That level of transparency was something I didn’t receive from another company I had contacted. His repair prices were fair, and if my appliance had been worth repairing, I wouldn’t have hesitated to hire him. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely looks out for the customer’s best interest instead of simply trying to make a sale. I highly recommend LA Appliances.
