Lorenzo is so responsive and works with your availability. I was so impressed to be connected so fast and be able to get my fridge issue address in a prompt matter. My issue wasn’t resolved after the first visit, but as soon as I told him the intervention didn’t work he was available on a Saturday within hours of our conversation. He is very professional and very capable. He took my fridge apart within minutes. He also pointed out potential issue that should be address. He also made sure I knew he is able to work with other appliances and for future work ( which I hope I don’t need) but I know who my contact person will be going forward. Without hesitation I will reach out to Lorenzo. He is also so kind which really makes me trust his advice.

LA Appliances, also known as SV Appliances: LORENZO ARAUJO did a great job fixing our gas dryer. He arrived very soon after calling him. He knew exactly what to do with the Maytag dryer. He fixed the problem with a new part. The price was reasonable and exactly as he said it would be. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call him again if we need an appliance repair.

He made the appointment for 10:00 am this morning but never showed up. At 10:50 am I texted him both through ‘private’ text And through Thumbtack, asking if he was coming, but No reply. I cancelled appointment. For 2 days he said he’d be here @ 10 am today, but was no show, no message.
