Mr. Watkins was very knowledgeable in his profession. My husband and I had a bad experience with two other plumbers (not from this site). We were hesitant, but decided to go with HMSpros.com. An initial phone conversation discussing request, usually followed up by a quick quote or a request to visit location for purposes of verifying job request and give a more accurate quotation; plus to verify that HMS Pros and the client are comfortable working together.
