My pricing system is simple: single session: 30 dollars 3 pack: 90 dollars 6 pack: 179 dollars 9 pack : 240 dollars 12 pack: 340 dollars 20 pack: 570 dollars
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first sit down and help my clients find realistic and powerful goals that will drive them to their completion. Depending on their familiarity with strength training, I will then create progressively challenging programs to keep the goal fun and exciting.

Yes, being a ACSM certified trainer gives me the opportunity to learn new perspectives and approached to fitness each year.
