- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions last 45 minutes and will cover everything that is needed including such things as: cardio training, strength training, nutrition counseling, injury recovery, injury prevention, fitness education...whatever is specifically needed by client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a conversation with the client first about their goals and needs, then discuss recommendations and options for a plan specific to the client that they are comfortable with.
